Need to change my reservation?

We understand that plans can change and kindly ask that you notify us in advance of any adjustments to your transfer.
Notice required:

For regular bookings, please notify us at least 6 hours before your pickup time.

For group bookings (13+ passengers) or long-distance transfers (over 90km from the nearest main airport), we require 24 hours' notice.

Please note that refunds for changes or cancellations may not be possible if the required notice period isn’t met, a driver has already been dispatched, or in the event of a no-show.

What to do if a driver does not arrive?

When arriving at the airport, If you can’t locate your driver:

Contact our reservations desk at 0763105337, and our team will assist you immediately.

Please stay in one location and let us know where you are so we can find you quickly.

Delays can occasionally occur due to traffic or missing flight details, but rest assured, our control room is actively managing any unforeseen situations.

To ensure a smooth experience, always update us with any flight changes or issues prior to your transfer. We’re here to make your journey stress-free!
